Hot Tuna

2 cans of low-sodium white albacore
1 hardboiled egg: white and yolk
5-6 hardboiled eggs: just whites
a goodly amount of Jack Daniels' Southwestern Mustard
1 chopped up Granny Smith Apple
5-6 diced green olives
capful of extra virgin olive oil

Smoosh it up. There you go. Don't say we never did nothing for you.
